Just adopted, rescued or brought home a new dog or cat? Congratulations. To help you settle in, we'd like to give you 20% off one order.
Who it's for
Anyone whose new dog or cat came home less than 1 month ago. Adopted, rescued, or your first meeting with a new family member all count.
How to get your code
- Take a photo of one document that shows the date your pet came home: adoption or rescue papers, a first vet visit record, a microchip or council registration, or a breeder receipt.
- Email it to bu384187@gmail.com with your name, your pet's name and the date they came home.
- We'll check it and email you a one-time 20% code within 2 business days.
Feel free to cover your address, phone number and any payment details before you send the photo. We only need the date and your pet.
Good to know
- One code per new pet. Each code works once.
- It can't be combined with other offers, except the Cuddle Club Mate and Family 5%. Free shipping on orders of A$150 or more still applies, except on orders with a large item such as the cave bed.
