How tiers work
- We check every member on the 1st of each month (Sydney time), looking back 3 months.
- Spend counts what you paid after discounts, refunds and cancellations, not including shipping.
- Posts are the tips and diaries you share on our community boards. Hearts are the ones your posts receive.
- If you no longer meet your tier, you keep it for 30 more days. After that you move down one tier.
- Our offers can't be combined with each other, except the Mate and Family 5%, which adds on top. Free shipping on orders of A$150 or more is for everyone and always applies, except on orders with a large item such as the cave bed.
- Family members get a short email each month. Reply with the product you'd like to see at Cuddle.
