Terms and conditions

- Entry period: 12:00 am AEDT Sunday 1 November 2026 to 11:59 pm AEDT Monday 30 November 2026.
- Who can enter: Australian residents aged 18 or over. The board awards need a Cuddle account; the Instagram bonus draw needs an Instagram account. No purchase is necessary.
- Entries: any post published on the Diaries, Tips or Near you board during the entry period. Photos and words must be your own and about your own pet, and must follow our community rules.
- How winners are decided: the eligible post with the most hearts on each board when the entry period closes. Chance plays no part. Only hearts from signed-in Cuddle accounts count, one heart per account per post. Hearts on your own post do not count.
- Fair play: Cuddle may remove hearts, comments or entries we reasonably believe come from duplicate or fake accounts, bought hearts or any other manipulation, and may disqualify entries that are copied, offensive or break these terms. Our decision is final.
- One prize per person across the board awards and the Instagram bonus draw. If one person tops more than one board, they win the board where they have the most hearts and the next eligible post wins the other board. If two posts tie, the earlier post wins. If a board has no eligible posts, no prize is given for that board. If the Instagram draw picks someone who has already won a board, we draw again.
- Prizes: A$100 per board plus A$50 for the Instagram bonus draw (A$350 in total), paid by PayPal. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Board winners: announced on this page and contacted by email by 7 December 2026. Winners must reply with their PayPal email address within 14 days, or the prize passes to the next eligible post. Payment is sent within 7 days of the reply.
- Instagram bonus draw: this draw runs on Instagram only. To enter, like and share our Cuddle Pal Awards post on Instagram, follow @cuddle0425 on Instagram, and comment “cuddle” on that Instagram post during the entry period. Comments on Cuddle posts on TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest or any other platform are not entries. One entry per Instagram account, however many times you comment. Comments made before or after the entry period do not count. One winner will be drawn at random by computer on 1 December 2026. Before announcing, we check the winner follows @cuddle0425 and has liked the post; if not, we draw the next entry. The winner is contacted by Instagram direct message by 7 December 2026 and must reply with a PayPal email address within 14 days, or the prize passes to the next drawn entry. Payment is sent within 7 days of the reply.
