Shipping

Every Cuddle order is packed and dispatched from warehouses in Australia, so there are no international customs or surprise fees.

Where we ship

Australia-wide. We don't ship internationally at the moment. Please use a street address: some of our couriers can't deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. A few remote postcodes can't be reached for certain items. If that happens, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping costs

Most orders ship for a flat AUD $9.95, and some items ship free.

Our cave bed ships at a set rate by state: NSW, VIC, ACT and SA AUD $29.95, QLD AUD $34.95, TAS and WA AUD $59.95, NT AUD $99.95.

Bulky items, such as our 5 L cat litter, ship for AUD $19.95.

Orders of AUD $150 or more ship free Australia-wide. Orders that include the cave bed or a bulky item aren't included in free shipping.

The cave bed and bulky items also show their delivery charge on their product page. The total for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it'll arrive

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the courier and where you live. Your tracking email shows the courier's estimate, and we can't guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Some orders arrive in more than one parcel, because items may ship from different warehouses.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email bu384187@gmail.com and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll try to fix it before dispatch.
